1The Service
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of this website and the online board-game service provided on it (the “Service”). The Service is operated by an individual (the “Operator”) as a private, non-commercial arena: nothing is sold, there is no advertising, and no payment is taken. By using the Service you accept these Terms. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind; it may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time, and no undertaking is given that any saved game will be kept.
2Accounts
An account is created by signing in with Google and becomes active once the Operator approves it. The Operator may decline, suspend or block an account at their discretion. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the display name and picture you choose, which other users see; a name that impersonates another person or is used to offend or harass is grounds for blocking.
3Acceptable use
Use the Service in good faith, to play and to watch games. You must not use scripts or automated tools to play or to gain an advantage over other users; harass or abuse other users; attempt to disrupt the Service or to reach accounts, data or functions that are not yours; or collect information about other users. The Operator may close a table and suspend or terminate an account for a breach of these Terms.
4Intellectual property
The software, design, text and artwork that the Operator created or is entitled to use in the Service are protected by applicable law. You may use the Service for its intended purpose only and must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease or reverse engineer any part of it, except where the law permits or the rights holder has given permission. Game concepts, rules and third-party trademarks remain the rights of their respective owners, and these Terms grant no right in them.
5Personal data
Personal data is handled as set out in the Privacy Notice, which forms part of these Terms; cookies and the data kept on your device are described on the Cookies page. The Service carries no advertising and uses no behavioural-analytics tools for marketing purposes. Processing that is necessary to provide and secure the Service is as described in the Privacy Notice.
6Limitation of liability
The Service is free of charge and for personal enjoyment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of saved games, ratings or other data, interruptions, errors, or the conduct of other users. These Terms do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not permit it to be excluded or limited.
7Amendments and termination
These Terms, the Privacy Notice and the Cookies page may be amended from time to time; the date at the top of each page shows the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. The Operator may alter, suspend or end the Service at any time, and may end your access for a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account as described in the Privacy Notice.
8Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. A dispute should first be raised through the contact channel below so that a resolution can be sought; a dispute that cannot be resolved proceeds under the procedure and jurisdiction that Thai law provides. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent the law permits. Where the Thai and English texts differ, the Thai text prevails.
